1. Make-Up Communion for Morton Church – Sunday, May 16 – 2:00p.m.
We will be having a Communion service for those who were not able to take part in the service in April.
It will be held in the Morton church sanctuary and served by Bros. Ted Witzig Jr., and Jeff Neihouser.
Individual servings of bread and wine will be used. Grape juice will also be available.
There will be plenty of space to spread out in the sanctuary, as needed. No sign-up is necessary.
2. June 7 - Red Cross Blood Drive - 1:00 -- 6:00 pm at the Fellowship Hall
Donors needed! The Red Cross tests all blood donations for COVID-19 antibodies.
Masks are required. Enhanced disinfecting and social distancing measures will take place.
Volunteers are also needed to greet and check-in donors.
Call Sis. Elaine Sollberger @ 266-9843 for scheduling a donation, volunteering, or questions you have.
3. The Morton Church Barnabas Group “Visiting Team”
The mission of this team is to serve others by visiting those who are widowed, live alone, recuperating from surgery or illness, or those who just want fellowship.
During this time of Covid it has been especially difficult to personally visit, so phone calls are made and cards are sent. Many have been blessed by this ministry through the years.
If you would like to be a part of the visiting team or would like your name added to receive visits or know of someone who might benefit from this team, please contact Sis Jane Kieser at 266-2540 or email jdk@mtco.com
4. Rotating Church Potluck Sign-up by June 20
Sign up now for 2021-2022 rotating church potluck - 3 potlucks starting in fall
Those on the church email list should have gotten an email with an attachment to fill out and send email or through mail.
All others, pick up form with details at Information Center.
5. Supper/Singing with Tremont Congregation - June 6th
