1. Wednesday, January 5th - Family Worship Night – Personal Testimony: “A Story About Two Families”
How well do you know your church family that you sit with in the pews week after week? Come together with us at our next Family Worship Night and listen to a Brother and Sister from the Morton church as they share their journey through life walking with our Lord.
The goal of this is very simple: It is to establish cross generational relationships as we ALL go through these battles together. It’s to establish that we are not alone in these trials.
Often, we tend to take whatever circumstances, both valleys and mountain top experiences, and keep them to ourselves. Thankfully, God gave us many examples in the Bible to relate to. Likewise, we have the opportunity to share our testimony not only with the world, but with fellow believers just like we learned in our Sharing the Gospel Bible study: to speak the Gospel to each other!!
So, come and bring your families. Sing with us, laugh with us, cry with us, and rejoice with us as we share, relate, and declare how God works through different chapters of our lives.
This will be held at the Fellowship Hall starting at 7:00pm on Wednesday, January 5th. Please arrive promptly as the opening prayer and interview will be starting about 7:05pm.
2. Sunday, January 9 – Pizza Dinner and Family Hymn Sing
A family hymn sing will be held at the church beginning at 6:30pm on Sunday, January 9.
There will be a pizza dinner served before the singing at 5:30pm.
The Bible Class will be the special group for the evening. Join us for an evening of worship and fellowship! Please sign up at the Kitchen Sign Up Table if you plan to attend the dinner.
