1. Help Needed on Sundays with Coffee and Snacks
The Kitchen Committee needs help with making coffee, getting snacks out and clean up between services.
The kitchen committee has been doing this for the most part but several of them are going to be gone in March.
We have a sign-up sheet for those that are interested in helping. Contact Sisters Wendy Braker, Becky Braker or Kathryn Grimm. Anyone can and is welcome to help!
2. Family Recognition Service - February 28th
There will be a Family Recognition Service on February 28th, as the second service.
This is a shortened church service intended to recognize the new babies that have been born into our church within the previous 2020 calendar year.
While this is an encouragement to the parents to raise these children in God-fearing homes, it is also an opportunity and reminder to the entire church family to be involved in each other’s lives as we go through the passages of life.
3. Please be Prayerful for Sunday School Teacher Nominations
The church membership will have until Wednesday, March 3rd to complete and return the ballots to either the ballot box at church or to Bro. Ted Witzig, Jr.
We are looking for one Sister and two Brothers that have demonstrated:
Love for the Lord
Love for the church family
Love for our youth
Willingness to serve
Willing to learn
Willing to teach
Able to relate to youth
A good example to follow as teachers have a large influence
The plan is to count the ballots after church on Wednesday, March 3rd.
