1. 2023 Picture Directories
The 2023 Picture and phone directories are now available on the information center. Please take no more than two directories per household for now to ensure all families get a copy. You can also access the picture directory on our church website, www.mortonacchurch.org. The annual church calendar is on page 4 of the directory and is attached again to this weekly announcement email. Please add all dates to your personal calendars. Picture directories will be printed every two years, and non-picture directories in the off years.
2. Starting January 8 – Study of 1 and 2 Timothy during Afternoon Services
We encourage you to read 1 Timothy 1 in preparation for the teaching January 8th. We will continue this study from January – April.
3. Sunday, January 15th – Memorandum
During the second service on the 15th, Brothers Ted Witzig Jr and Jeff Neihouser will share a letter from the Elder Body to the churches. It is open to all, including members, non-members, young, and old. As a reminder, everyone is encouraged to listen to/watch Bro. Ted Jr’s message on Brotherly Love from Sunday, December 4th on AC Central. It provides context for the Memorandum and encouragement for living as a connected, loving, body of believers.
4. Contact Information for Meal Committees
The meal committees are asking you to update your contact information for the Call Blast and SignUpGenius.
Forms will be on the sign-up table for you to check your phone number and email and make any corrections. If there are no corrections, put a check by your name. The Call Blast and SignUpGenius is used to send out phone calls and emails when requesting help for funeral meals, baptisms, and the Easter breakfast. Please contact Sis. Jayne Sauder or Sis Marcia Kaiser with any questions.

5. Saturday, February 4 – Motherhood Conference
Morton is hosting our 3rd Motherhood Conference on Saturday, February 4th from 8:15am to 1:30pm at Morton Church. Our topic is “Growing in Motherhood”. We all come from different upbringings with different personalities and convictions. We are all called to be the body of Christ. There will be speakers, testimonies, workshops and fellowship. 6. February 10-11- Cultivating Connections Marriage Conference
ACCFS will be hosting its 2023 Cultivating Connections Marriage Conference on February 10th 11th in Roanoke, IL. We look forward to a time of learning, encouragement, and fellowship around this year's theme: Knowing God in Marriage.
